Our self pay fees for a standard 50 minute session ranges from $120 – $150.00. All transactions are kept confidential and private. We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Most clients come in 1 time per week though if circumstances warrant, we see clients 2-3 times weekly or bi-monthly, and also do one-time consultations. We also offer video sessions or telehealth through Theranest portal, which is HIPAA compliant.

We provide superbills to help clients submit to their insurance plan for partial reimbursement, as out of network provider service. Superbills have all of the information your insurance requires for out of network reimbursement.

Counseling services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance depending on your individual benefit plan.

If you are interested in Psychedelic Assisted Therapy your insurance plan would pay for the therapy portion of treatment. Any treatment that includes psychedelic medicine is not covered by your insurance plan. Ketamine, although legal, has not been approved by the FDA, therefore insurance companies will not cover medicine assisted therapies.

Privacy

It is valuable to know that Insurance companies require diagnoses in order to authorize treatment and payment. They also have access to your therapeutic records, and your history of diagnoses. Paying out of pocket keeps your information private and away from insurance companies. We will be happy to provide you with information shared to your insurer.

Utilizing insurance is a lot easier than you might think. Many times we are able to confirm your benefits and provide you with an an estimate within minutes of your phone consultation. All we need is your name, insurance card, and your birthday.

We do our best to get accurate quotes from your insurance company and communicate them to you prior to beginning services. However, we can not guarantee that the information provided to us by insurance company is accurate. As such, I highly recommend contacting your insurance company prior to your session and asking these questions to help you better understand your benefits:

• How low will my costs for therapy be?

• Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?

• Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?

• Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?

• My provider will be billing my sessions under code 90837, what will each session cost me?

Individual treatment of Trauma using the Psychedelic Somatic Interactional Model is $200 per hour, for a minimum of 3 hours.

Medicine assisted sessions are not covered by insurance companies and the current fee is $200 per hour. If you are interested in medicine assisted therapy, your insurance will cover the therapy part of treatment, not the medicine sessions.
